The 2003 Asia Pacific Innovation and Entrepreneurship Conference,
organized by Epoch Foundation, took place on October 24th to 25th.
This conference enables new entrepreneurs to meet entrepreneurial
leaders for creative conversation. Speakers include Honorable
Chairman of Morgan Stanley, Mr. John Wadsworth, Chairman of TSMC,
Mr. Morris Chang, Chairman of VeriSilicon, Mr. Wayne Dai, Chairman
of InnerWireless, Mr. Ed Canwell, and so on. The moderator David

The company, founded in 2000 by a group of MIT researchers to help the
operators of wireless networks handle more traffic without buying more
equipment, originally set up shop in Kendall Square. The company found
that wireless carriers in Asia were more responsive to Groundhog's
software, so the company has been growing much more rapidly there than
in Cambridge.
