This Operator provides mobile telecommunications services in one of the largest countries in the world, and they have selected Groundhog Technologies for its ability to efficiently and cost-effectively monitor the entire network, 24×7, nationwide.
Previously, this Operator had already deployed Mobility Intelligence Platform™ on their 3G UMTS nationwide network. With this newest expansion, the Operator will have a much greater LTE visibility on their customer QoE. The 3G and 4G systems will be consolidated into one platform, allowing the Operator to understand the network conditions on both technologies simultaneously.
